Return Policy & Shipping


Updated Holiday Return Policy: 

Purchases made from December 1st Through December 25th are eligible for exchanges until January 31st 2021. 

General Merchandise Return Policy: 

We are pleased to offer returns within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Credit will be returned to the original form of payment. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Exchanges are valid with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt date. 


Hat Return Policy:

All of our hats is made to order. With the exception of the one of a kind collection.

One of a Kind Hats: 

We offer exchanges on one of a kind hats. If we do not have something on hand that is ready to wear are happy to offer store credit for a future collection. One can also use store credit towards a custom hat. 

Made to order Hats: 

We offer a 48-hour grace period to cancel your order.

If you must cancel within the given grace period please email;

Include your contact information and confirmation number. 

Once the 48 hours expires, orders may not be canceled and are deemed FINAL SALE. 

If you have received your hat and the fit is not quite right please fill out the contact form and we will be in touch with you shortly. 

In order to avoid mis-haps we ask that you take the time to measure the circumference of your head at least THREE times to ensure the fit of your hat.

Cancelations within the grace period.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This window of opportunity will close within 7 days or receiving your order. We offer this to ensure that your hat has made through transit unscathed. Exchanges are only given for replacement of damage or defective items. Send us an email at and we will be in touch with you shortly with further instructions.

You will be asked to send photo evidence of the damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time may take for your exchange to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
